Championships – Lake Las Vegas

SunSmart Ironman 70.3 Busselton will offer 25 Age Group qualifying slots to the 2012 Ironman 70.3 World Championships taking place on Sept 9 in Henderson, Nevada. For more information please log onto www.ironmanvegas.com

 Note: To claim their slot, all athletes must be present at Roll Down on Sunday 6th May 2012 at 10am at the Event Marquee!

Qualification for 2013 Asia Pacific Championships – Phuket

All athletes wishing to compete at the Ironman 70.3 Asia-Pacific Championship are asked to enter using the ‘General Entry’ category. From there, competitors will have the option to race in the:
. ‘Championship Division’ (Qualification required; age group awards and Vegas slots on offer
. “Open Division’ (non-Championship, no Qualification required; Vegas slots on offer but no age group awards)

Registering for the Open Division:
Step One: Register under the ‘General Entry’ category. No further action is required.
Please note: Open Division competitors are not eligible for Age Group awards.

Registering for the Championship Division:
Step One: Register under the ‘General Entry’ category
Step Two: Check qualification status; Entered athletes who, at any time prior to October 31, 2010, finish in top 50% of their age group at any worldwide Ironman 70.3 or qualifying event may transfer their entry to the Championship Division without additional charge.
Step Three: Athletes who have already qualified for the Championship Division are asked to email AsiaPacific70.3@Ironman.com, providing the following information:
. Full name as registered
. Age Division
. Email Address
. Race where qualification was accomplished
Verified competitors will then be transferred to the Championship Division and sent a confirmation email. The cut off for the transfer of applications is TBC
