IMPORTANT WAITLIST DEPOSIT INFORMATION AND POLICY
If you miss out on an entry for the 2013 SunSmart Ironman 70.3 event and wish to join the waitlist, please be sure to read the below information. The policy outlined below is in regards to the $100 deposit that will be required to enter the waitlist. Please ensure you fully understand the policy prior to entering the waitlist registration. WAITLIST PROCESS – PAYMENT REQUIRED
Registrations for the waitlist will open at 9am the morning after the entries for SunSmart Ironman 70.3 Busselton 2013 reach capacity. Participants will be required to complete all the details online during the waitlist registration process. The significant change this year is that waitlist entries will be required to confirm their intention and commitment to enter the event by making a part payment of $100 at the time of registering for the waitlist. This payment up front does not in any way confirm a guaranteed entry in the event. The waitlist fee will form the deposit for your race entry fee and you will then be required to pay the balance of the entry fee upon acceptance of your waitlist entry.
SUCCESSFUL ENTRIES
Registrants who are successful in gaining an entry via the waitlist will receive notification via email. The successful participant will have one (1) week from notification to confirm their entry as per the details supplied in the email.
Please note: If you are provided a successful entry from Triathlon Western Australia as per the above and choose to not take up the entry you will forfeit your $100 payment and no refund will be provided.
UNSUCCESSFUL ENTRIES
Participants who are unsuccessful in gaining an entry via the waitlist by Sunday 31st March 2013 will receive a full refund of the $100 fee paid at the time of registering.
